Okay, well, I would really suggest starting a routine warm-up.

You jelq for an hour straight? That's WAY too long. I would never advise jelqing for more than 30 minutes at a time.

You should try some stretching. You might have inches in ligament growth waiting to be pulled out. Light stretching sessions for 10-15 minutes.

Get on an organized schedule and an organized routine.
