  • No gains after 3 months

    hi im new and iv been looking around here for awhile im doing normal jelqs about 1-2 hours a day, but still no gains i only notice flacid gains 3inchs to 4 1/2 inch gains

    am i going in a good direction if i get flacid gains?

    im 6inch x 5.5 girth

    Normal jelqs for 1-2 hours, as a beginnier (or hell, even otherwise) is extremly excessive. Do you do this everyday? Most start from 10 mins and work upto 25 in a 3 month period. Search this website for PI's. That will likely indicate to you if you are heading in the right direction. If you see good flaccid gains thats generally good but i reckon that you are hurting your penis with overtraining it.

    Try JonPop's routine.

      Rather than a time period, do a set about. Even if you're doing it in a certain time, you are do way too much!

      Less is more, my friend. You'll be suprised what you see when you don't go at it so erratically.

        I think my arms would die if I did my routine for 2 hours lol.

        How consistently are you doing your routine and what rest days are you having?

            Unlikely. If it was masturbation then he wouldnt have seen that much flaccid gain...
            although it is possible if it's still naturally growing
            Start 15th July 2009: 5.25" BPEL, 4.5" EG

              I think you may be right , starting off jelqing for 2 hours would start to get almost painful.

                  no warm up im 20 years old so im not growing anymore

                  with 2 hours rarly i do on and off like 1 hour then rest then 1 hour

                  and i only do jelqing

                  but i mostly jelq when my penis is like long flacid like at 5inch flacid not hard, is that semi errect?

                    keatt,Seems like you may be doing too much,too soon. I've done the same. You'll get good advice here.

                      Okay, well, I would really suggest starting a routine warm-up.

                      You jelq for an hour straight? That's WAY too long. I would never advise jelqing for more than 30 minutes at a time.

                      You should try some stretching. You might have inches in ligament growth waiting to be pulled out. Light stretching sessions for 10-15 minutes.

                      Get on an organized schedule and an organized routine.
