    Hey everyone,

    I have been doing PE for about 3 months, and now taking 1 month off. The reason is because my penis does not get as hard and I'm scared of doing more damage before getting more knowledge about PE. Basically, everything was fine until I started doing Ulli exercise. Ever since then, my penis does not get as hard as before, but it's now actually more sensitive. I'm young, take vitamins, weight lift, do kegels, etc. What do I do now to get super hard erections? I want to do that first before I focus on size.

    In my opinion Uli's, Compressors and various other squeeze type exercises are very advanced and need to be worked in slowly over a period of months, I have seen many guys lose EQ because of these exercises. You will need time off from everything including stretches and Kegels however warmups are still recommended and you might can do a search for Kingpoles erection tea as well. Keep a watch on your morning wood, this will be an indicator that you are recovering and then you can resume with a light routine with no Squeeze exercises. Light Jelqs, Kegel exercises and Ballooning/Edging will produce a great amount of wood when they are done in moderation. Good luck.

    Wise words Hairtrigger. I started in September and few weeks in with my PE I started with advanced squeezes. I was explaining myself that I am not doing them hard so it's okay. Result? Weaker wood, lower EQ, less gains than before. Had to take few days off and start paying attention to my PI's.

    Even though I was thinking that yeah, no worries if I don't do the squeezes as hard as it says on the Gym, I will be okay. Yeah right! Advanced is advanced. Now I am back to basics, with really light grip and long jelqs.
