I am struggling to know which way round to do the exercises. I usually stretch first and then jelq, but i don't know which way around to do them.
Is it possible to gain length and girth, or just one of the other?

Yes you gain both most guys stretch then jelq cause jelqing requires lube I think jelqing is overrated for gaining size but good for penis health.

I would stay with the routine of stretching then jelguing as you were just like JP's routine.

Well, if you are doing both then it helps doing stretching first because your tunica gets more loosened up in the process unless you warm up and then massage somewhat prior to PE.
Therefore to answer your last question at the bottom; Yes, you can although it may take longer but that also depends on genetics, penile make up (fibers, etc...). My best advise if you have succeeded three month of basic conditioning is to pay more attention to one than the other then switch off when you reach a certain goal because both areas are different in how the results are achieved. So if you have a pretty good length but a girth which does not accommodate then work more on girth.
So take into account which area lacks more to you (not to me or anyone else because you know what your penis wants to be at to you alone) then formulate a routine around it keeping in mind each time you intensify anything you condition slow to it as well to prevent injuries giving your penis time to adapt to it(them).Begin 7/25/2011:

The jelg is definitely not overrated at all. It is the backbone of PE which go back a long time. And it don't make a difference on lube because many do dry jelgs rather than wet jelgs especially if one is uncut. Most of my gains in girth came from jelging with only some assistance in clamping to expand more region when needed.

stretch first then jelq .length should allways be first because a thicker unit is harder to stretch.

Oh dear. The length first, girth second "hypothesis" (it is just that, as much as people think it is gospel), refers to length gains before concentrating on girth gains. It does not refer to the particular order of exercises. The length first idea is highly dubious in my opinion by the way.

I think it makes perfect sense to stretch first and then jelq after to force blood into the micro tears
Plus if you jelq first you then have to clean up and wait until its flacid again so its time saving aswellStart date january 3rd 2014
