all you did was do 2days on 1off...
did 15mins stretching..each one 30sec hold, out in front, down, left and right.
then did 30mins jelq.
kegels 100times a day.
surely if you kept it simple like that then you will always grow?
maybe just gradually increase the pressure during the jelqs after each month?
is there any real need to go and do really advanced exercises?

i meant after the like 90day warm up..surely if i did the above routine i would grow?

For some people that would be the correct amount, for some people too much, with pe its really about trial and error, give it a go and see if it works. Like anything, add in more advanced exercises when you cease growing.
I don't do that much load currently and do 2 on 1 off or 3 on 1 off after 4 months and I'm still getting good gains with no advanced exercises, so just have a play around with itAugust 09

ok mate, im pretty sure if all anyone did was wet jelqs and strecthing they would gain

Okay well then I agree with RockofFox, it's up to you what you do but if you start to see some negative PI's you should lower the intensity.
