I have watched plenty of videos and read many guides but for some reason I am worried i am not doing my jelqs correctly. I tend to lose erection and go to about 30% when doing my jelqs and v jelqs. I get a stronger erection when I am doing my stretches and helicopter shakes. Is it possible to post a video clip of my jelqs somewhere on this forum? I can't seem to find a section for pictures/videos.

Your grip may be too tight, try a lighter grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans.
A real man never hurts a woman. The woman came out of a man’s rib, not from his feet to be walked on, and not from his head to be superior, but from his side to be equal. Under the arm to be protected, and next to the heart to be loved. - Mrs. workin_4_it

Maybe that was it cause my erections aren't as strong as they use to be. Is my penis just fatigued or do you think it's because I was gripping too hard? Cause I'd literally grip as tight as I can. Should I give myself a break until my erection goes back to normal? I'm so far 2 days into my second week of the 90 day routine.

It more likely is due to beginning PE which some loss erection level or gain during PE as starters. I went through the same thing and still do where I have to encourage it a little. Just be sure you read carefully JP's beginner's instructions and use a steady but not too tight grip. If you are not doing JP's I will post you the like. https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...r-routine.html . Also, never stop reading about PE and getting a good idea of how you want your penis to look.

You're one of the first I've heard say that. In fact most claim that PE increases EQ as well as erection frequency. For me it was night and day after only a week of PE. To the OP yes it does sound like your unit is fatigued from using too tight of a grip. I would start as MrB8 said with a grip that is only tight enough to move blood into the glans. As you gain experience and conditioning you'll find ways to vary how you jelq to maximize each stroke.

Do you masturbate more then you used to prior to doing PE? How quickly do you start to loose your erection? How often and how long are your sessions? Are you normally able to get a strong erection and keep it, or do you normally start to loose it quickly? While I use a max grip when jelqing, newbies are better served starting off with lighter grips. Right now your unit doesn't know what the hell is going on when you jelq.

Increases EQ during arousal but during PE that is another matter especially in the long haul where your intensity level get higher. So, PE and erection level during sex are two entirely different things.

Yes, ever since I started PE I stopped masturbating. I am quite sexually active though (couple times a day at college, couple times a week during summer).
After like 10 jelqs it'll go to about 30%.
I think I can keep an erection normally? I haven't really experience with my penis ever since starting PE.
