I've been doing pe for a month now and haven't gained,
I am doing 50 jelqs(2 hands = 1 rep) and 30 second stretches in each direction on a 2 on 1 off scheduel.
Should I increase the reps for jelqs now? or stick to it for another month?
my eq is the same as when i started, but my p.is were always positive (morning/ night wood).Last edited by dedicate; 07-15-2014 at 02:18 PM.

Sure. I don't see a problem with that. How have you been gaining? If your PIs are good but you haven't been gaining then increase the intensity.

You could try out the JP90 routine. It has yielded great gains for beginners. I think that it is a reasonable step up in intensity, but if not then I would increase the jelqs to 75 reps and you can add a few more reps with the stretches. Do you have a kegel routine with your PE exercises?

I did 75 kegels and 75 reverse kegels when i started out for a week and stopped because i couldn't do reverse kegels correctly, i tried the pushing out urine method but it doesnt work when im not urinating. I didnt wanna mess up my pelvic floor balance by doing them incorrectly so i just stuck to jelqing and stretching.
