I need some help tho with the actual routine. I read the post but its kinda confusing. Can someone break it down for me as to what to do 1st,2nd,3rd,etc. for how long/how many reps/sets. How often (2 on, 1 off)? Something like this:
1. Warm Up- 10 min
2. Helicopter Shakes...
I want to get started today but don't wanna make any mistakes. Thanks for the help!
Also, when can i masturbate?

- Warm up for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Perform helicopter shakes for the count of 20 seconds.
- Hold a stretch downwards for the count of 25 kegels.
- Perform 10 clockwise circle stretches and 10 counter clockwise circle stretches.
- Perform helicopter shakes for the count of 20 seconds.
- Hold a stretch upwards for the count of 25 kegels.
- Perform 10 clockwise circle stretches and 10 counter clockwise circle stretches.
- Perform helicopter shakes for the count of 20 seconds.
- Hold a stretch straight out for the count of 25 kegels.
- Perform 10 clockwise circle stretches and 10 counter clockwise circle stretches.
- Perform helicopter shakes for the count of 20 seconds.
- Hold a stretch to the left for the count of 25 kegels.
- Perform 10 clockwise circle stretches and 10 counter clockwise circle stretches.
- Perform helicopter shakes for the count of 20 seconds.
- Hold a stretch to the right for the count of 25 kegels.
- Perform 10 clockwise circle stretches and 10 counter clockwise circle stretches.
- 50 Jelqs.
- 30 V-Jelqs.
- 50 Jelqs.
- 30 V-Jelqs.
- 50 Jelqs.
- 30 V-Jelqs.
-Warm down for a minimum of 5 to 6 minutes.
Do these exercises to start, for 5 days and then, Important, take 2 full days off from PE. This will give your penis a chance to heal and grow, but continue to do your Kegels whenever you think about them. .
If you find this is too much, reduce the exercises to, 2 days on and 1 day off.

Count 90 days from when you start your first workout including rest days.
A rice sock or a heating pad are good ways for a warm up/down.

As for masturbation, I recommend edging after your routine (before warmdown) instead, and it is better to not masturbate/edge on rest days to allow your penis more time to recover.

Thanks Man, exactly what i needed. I do have a couple more questions tho...
1. I tend to get hard pretty quickly when i try to do the flaccid exercises, is there a way to prevent that?
2. What's the point of the helicopter shakes?
3. If i edge each session, do i ejaculate each session too?
4.which 25 kegels do i do? Reverse or regular?
5. How do i know if I've had a good session? Anyway to tell?

1. Wait until your erection subsides, after some time you will get used to the exercises and will not have this problem.
2. Restore circulation to the penis.
3. As you wish, and you don't have to edge after every session, follow your PIs they'll tell you if you are doing too much or just right.
4. The routine calls for regular kegels, however, you should add reverse kegels after your routine to prevent pelvic floor imbalance.
