Thread: I have ED, will PE help me?

On top of having a small dick, I can't even get it up. Just my luck right? I found this site through a friend who told me about jelqing when we were getting drunk the other night.
Anyway, most people claim I should start with the jp90 program but I can't even get my dick hard enough to jelq and flaccid jelqing seems really pointless since my flaccid is too small for me to even try that.
I'm thinking of starting off with manual stretches and then proceed to hanging everyday for 5 to 8 hours a day. I want an 8 inch dick.
I hope you're not all just messing around and this stuff is legit

No no no you don't just hanging 8 hours a day you need to condition your self start the jp 90 day routine you can do serious damage over working be patient and safety comes first I am new to this forum but have knew about penis exercises for years other guys on here will point you in the right direction

I will add to that.
First off have you even found out what may be causing ED? The issue you need to seek professional advise about is just that - ED. PE is not a cure to that if you can't already get it up. The is a medical issue.
So, go see a urologist about that first and see what he/she/they can do to assist you whether it be diet and exercise, clots, diabetes, stress, etc...
Once that can be somewhat under control then think about PE.Begin 7/25/2011:

Please head the advice given above, PE is legit, but you need to approach it the right way.
Regular and reverse kegels can help with EQ, in addition to jelqing PE improves penile health and treats ED, but as mentioned above, if you can't get an erection you need to see a doctor first.

If you do jelq flaccid, that is better than not jelqing at all. Who knows, after some time goes by, you may find it causes some % of erection to occur.

Your not really small, but you can improve! Take a BPEL measurement and record these with your goals in the Progress Forum, this will help with motivation and tracking what works.

Can you get erect at all, any morning wood or is your penis completely unresponsive? Tackling this issue would be the first port of call!
Maybe stop with the drink as it won't help your erections. Cutting out any other bad lifestyle habits and taking up exercise will aid you in the health of your penis, if you wish to see positive results a positive lifestyle must follow.
Pay attention to these when PE'ing, they are your key to gains.

In addition to some of the physical causes of ED there is also a mental aspect, arousal. If you are into porn you may have trained your brain to withstand a high degree of arousal. You may need to decondition your brain by abstaining from porn until you can reset your arousal.

I recommend you do the JP 90. Warm-up, stretch, and jelq. Combine this with abstaining from porn and drinking your 5-G tea you may be surprised.
Out of curiosity, what can you possibly be doing each day that allows you to hang for 5-8 hours a day?

I would like to know who diagnosed his ed; him or a doctor. Also his age and medical condition might help.

What difference would it make if he can't even get hard at all. PE doesn't help much if ED is to an extend of no erections occurring. I say again that he needs to see a doctor to find what may be the cause. Who know he may have some organ failures, diabetes coming about, circulation issues, etc... We don't know that. Health comes first and having no erection quality is a hint.
