    New to the gym and wondering what I can expect from the 90 beginner's routine. I'm starting at 7.25" BPEL x 5.5" Erect circumference. I know I'm already above average, but I want to be bigger. I've seen posts like this before but I have a little more starting out than others. Can I expect more gains?

    Goal: 8.5" X 6.5"

    Not in 90 days , but with a few years work after you find a program/routine you like BaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaM ! That fast, days, weeks, years. It will work. Do the 90day beginners to a T , and then figure out then how to peruse your future growth. Good Luck ! TAAB

    i guess I misrepresented my question. lol I didn't think I would reach my goal in 90 days. Just trying to guage my expectations

    Well...

    I started at 7 inches. I did the 3 months of JP90. I then did 1 month of pumping. I measured after 4 months time and my length was 7.5 … I gained .5 and I am certain some of it was via JP90

    And if you haven't already done so, please read the START HERE thread and focus on safety.

    Then pick one of the manual beginner routines to follow for at least 90 days to condition your penis, most members here choose JP90.


    It is possible to reach that goal - it may take long - with patience and proper PE practice, if you are consistent and follow safety and exercise instructions, but please note that at that size you will be greatly limiting your options when it comes to sexual intercourse, focus on EQ and health improvements.

    Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

    Welcome to the forum Scott. Every person is different some see gains right away and some don't. The emphasis of JP90 is not on gaining but on conditioning yourself for PE. As long as you don't overtrain there will be beneficial side effects from PE such as increases in both erection quality and frequency. With that being said, many do see significant "newbie" gains doing this program. I personally gained 3/4" during my JP90 program. I would recommend keeping a log. Feel free to look through the progress forum and check others progress threads. They will help keep you motivated.
