Thread: Decreased EQ?

Hi.
I'm on JP 90 and regularly do kegels 20-minute edging.
Recently I've noticed my EQ is not as high as it was last week and I don't have morning wood. EQ is still above 5/10 but not like the 9/10 it was last week.
However, I have no pain or discoloration, marked redness or spots.
I don't know what is causing this.
What does this mean and what can I do?

Do you use too much force? A tight grip? Too many kegels? No reverse kegels? Do you get enough sleep?
Back off a bit and see if your EQ will improve, you may need to do a bit less, or a bit lighter.

I don't use too much force or have a tight grip. I have a firm but painless grip during jelqs, just enough to push the blood up.
I have recently started reverse kegelling, but I used to kegel 20-50 times with no reverse kegels.
I don't get much sleep haha. I am changing my night time habits now- turning the TV off.
Oh, and last week I ejaculated quite a lot, maybe 3 days in a row?All for a healthy lifestyle!

It could be too much masturbation, but anxiety is usually the main culprit when it comes to decreased EQ when no other health problems exist.

Tired willy from all the PE and wanking, but also I have found that sleep, diet, and stress have been affecting my EQ during my edging sessions. Take these things into consideration too.
