i was thinking about starting to hang.. i did it a few times with the pipe repair clamp. went down to the shops to find 1 and there is only a few sizes and the one i got is 2 small so i need to find some one else where. would it help to go back to the beginners training?

O and i nothing thing is i notice when i jelq i do some kelg when its at low erection is that bad?

An inch of girth? what is your secret? As for length. Do you know if you are tunica limited? In that case stretching helps quite a bit. I do these "jelq-stretches" which are one-handed jelqs (the other hand is use to lightly stretch my unit outwards). These seem to have a great effect on length.

Is there a video for that stretch? seems interesting. I am starting a new workout after this week for both pe and physical training. I was thinking about giving my body more time to rest from training. So instead of 5days 2 off, was thinking more of 2days 1 off or something like that. And cut back on masturbation. What tension should be used for stretching? I have read peoples post saying only a light stretch should be used and others saying heavy stretches as long as it downs hurt. When i stretch my tension is 70 percent it doesn't hurt but it does leave the skin below my glan sore for a few days after. Any advice would be great.

Came to the idea ,that I have been starting my stretches too hard. This causes the dick to pull back and is counterproductive.
Lately I have been starting gentle and increasing tension as the stretch continued.
