  • JP + Bathmate + Tunica Stretching = Confusing Weekly Routine

    Ok so...

I'm pretty much one week in JPS90. I just got a Bathmate and I just read the TGC theory and figured out I need to stretch my tunica..

How do I incorporate all this in a weekly routine?

Finish JP90 and continue to read. Perhaps you could read the injury forum to find out how well things go for those who start doing advanced exercises before they have completed their conditioning.

Just finish first JP90 like namsokiek stated for conditioning and then slowly advance your workout.

      Good luck !

Tunica tugs are advanced, don't do them until you have a few months PE experience. Just stick to the Jp90, it is intense enough for you for now. The BM is mostly for girth/smooth muscle, so if you say your tunica is your limiting point it might not be as effective for you. You could incorporate it after a month or two of doing the JP90 as a warm-up or warm-down exercise, if your PIs are positive.
