1- It is alright, watch your PIs, you build up to the full routine over a few weeks!

4- Yes, and supplements are optional, not required!

5- Yes, you don't need devices to gain, you can do very well with only your hands, start slow and focus on safety!

6- No, you can overwork your pelvic floor, and if you will do kegels you must do reverse kegels as well to prevent imbalance.

I recommend doing them in sets of 25 reps, no more than 3 sets a day, start with less so you don't injure your pelvic floor muscles.

    Good luck!

A real man never hurts a woman. The woman came out of a man’s rib, not from his feet to be walked on, and not from his head to be superior, but from his side to be equal. Under the arm to be protected, and next to the heart to be loved. - Mrs. workin_4_it

      Hey Alex!

Since MrB8 has answered all your questions, all that is left is to welcome you to the Gym.

Oh, you should take beginning photos as a base line to compare your gains to later on. I still regret the fact that I failed to do so.
