  • Routine with an EQ focus

    I was a member if this site sometime ago but fell off the wagon. Aside from stretching in the shower and occasional jelqing I haven't done hardly any pe in a long time.

    Now I'm wanting to start a new routine for growth but the major priority is eq. I had a bit of a porn and masturbation addiction for a while and now I'm suffering the consequences with a new girl I'm seeing. I think part if it is psycological but also a result of the addiction.

    Any recommendations for a routine that will add some length but mostly eq. The main problem I have is finding a good routine for eq that won't have negative short term effects it seems. In other words I don't want to not be able to have sex because of the routine.

    I think it would be a good choice to go with a structured routine like PESG's or JP90 to condition your penis, and gain some.

    Jelqing, edging and regular and reverse kegels are very good for your EQ, as well as eating healthy and exercising!

      Thank you, I thought about just going back to jp90 but wasn't sure if it would have negative effects.

      The one question I have, and it was probably covered in the thread but I missed it, is with sex possibly the next night is it better the ejaculate after edging or stop before you ejaculate?

        No it won't have any negative effects, you may repeat the routine as many times as you wish!

        I would say better save it for your partner, especially if they are on the same day, but it depends on the individual, however.

          Along the same lines, is edging jelqing a few hours before sex benifcial? Girl is spending the night tonight and kinda want to do something for short term effects if it's possible
