What penis size(length and girth) would start to be considered large?

Anything that is above average I would guess.

Average is around 5-5.5" Length and around 4-4.5" Grith... so i say big is over 6.5 and 5..... huge is over 8 and 6.... in my opinion.

I often think if you are in the top 10% for hight you would be considered tall. So over 7" bpel is big.
Mind you ,some girls think only the top 2 or 3 dicks they have ever seen, are big the rest are average or small.
So I am going to tell all those 6' 6" guys I know they are average hight.

I agree with 7" BPEL and I'd say 5.5" EG too.

I would say 7.0 bpel is average this is when you make your penis as long as possible by forcing it out with your hands by pushing against yourself and you push the ruler against your pubic bone at the top of your dick right?
