After two years of trial and error, reading various "right ways" of practicing PE, I've come up with this finalized plan. By Friday I'm going to take some pics and video of myself, measuring with a ruler and tape measure, and doing daily posts. Finally, if PE really works, it will be documented with pics and videos, something which I cannot understand hasn't happened already (and anyone who knows of where I can see true before/after evidence, let me know).
THREE DAYS ON/ONE DAY OFF
15 Minute Warm Up: MANDATORY!
20 Minutes of Jelqing (5 second strokes, straight out and then down, kegeling blood each stroke, using vaseline)
2 Hours of Using The Heavy Duty Static Stretcher: (1 hour at 6 pounds, 1 hour at 4 pounds): Heavy Taping of Glans!
While leaving the Static Stretcher headpiece on, doing manual stretches: Up, Down, Left, Right, BTC and Helicopters (3 sets of 30 seconds each)
