    I'm pretty good at searching before posting but I can't seem to find anything descrbing exactly what is and how to do, a LOT stretch. Could someone post a link?

    Some people, however, might refer to basic stretches (up down left right out) as LOT stretches too.

    PESG, I was actually refferring to your "Back to Basics" thread. Now I understand how to determine your lot. What exactly is the difference between this and any other stretch? Does this just determine how you should stretch?

    So I tested my LOT lol. I feel a very strong pull at 12:00 and barely noticable at 6:00. From what I read, I thought having 12:00 LOT was a good thing? But I don't feel much at 6...do I have it backwards? If I feel it at 12, should I not feel it at 6?

    People here refer to the basic stretches as outlined in JonPop's beginner routine as "LOT stretches". This normally just refers to stretching up, down, left and right for 25-30 seconds each.

    As for the LOT theory... a lot of people are saying not to worry about it, that you should instead focus on stretching all directions to maintain even gains.

    I dont feel it at 6 either i have a low lot straight down. loss of tug (lot) he says to stretch more against your lot so if your loss of tug is low like 6 o clock then stretch more upwards against your lot.If your lot is high like 12 o clock straight up stretch more downward.Always kegel when stretching to make your penis stronger. I have More tug at 6 o clock now after all these kegels and stretching.
