I've only done 4 sessions of PE, newbie routin.
I think that see some stretch marks. Is this bad?
Do I've to stretch less when Im doing my routine?
Break?

Try Bio Oil as a lubricant, seems to work well on scars and stretch marks. It is available on line, and at Wahlgreens.

This is nothing more than the "Ribs" on the tunica. It is nothing to worry about.
In fact, the condom company's, try and duplicate this with their "Ribbed" condoms.
As you gain girth through exercises, these ribs will become more pronounced when you are fully erected. This is a good thing because it means that you are successfully stretching the tunica. Was this picture taken with a full erection?

Do you have these when erected? Usually the tunica cage is more prominent when about 30% erect.

A wonderful PI would be. If you are 100% erect and have nice protruding tunica ribs.
If they don't show when erected, this means that the smooth muscle isn't pushing the tunica to full expansion and you need to work on the smooth muscle, i.e. Jelqing, ULI's, clamping.
