    So here's the good news: After PEing for just 3 months, I have gained almost an inch in length (pretty much all due to stretching). Nothing in girth so far though, however I just started incorporating jelqs and such in the past few weeks...and that brings us to the bad news.

    I started incorporating jelqs mainly to gain girth. I started at 50 and made my way to 100 (1 hand is 1 rep at about a 40-80% eq) in about 3 weeks. I also did about 30 modified v-jelqs. The past 2 weeks or so I started incorporated light squeezes (squeeze at base and squeeze below the glans) for only 5 seconds. Did about 10 or so, then I did 1 set of flaccid bends (did them at about 30% eq), up, right, left, and down. I got the idea to do these from the Girth Guide (was that a bad idea doing them too soon?) These were done before the jels and I warmed up very well with a rice sock during these, and after finishing the whole routine.

    I don't know if I went especially hard and got overzealous about 10 days ago, with adding a lot of stretching afterwards, but for some reason my EQ has been at about a 6-7 instead of the usual 9-10, and it's a bit more difficult to get up and it doesn't stay as hard for long. I stopped all PE since Thursday (so about 4-5 days ago). Of course, soon after I noticed the negative PI.

    That being said, I'm not really sure what else to do. How should I treat this? Do what I'm doing now and wait till my EQ's back or can I do something to help my EQ before PEing again? Any help would be greatly appreciated

    I would like to add that I did have 2 very big exams for two of my courses this weekend so maybe that was the cause (stress)? However, I'm still not back at a high eq...

        Hopefully a more knowledgeable person comes in here and helps out. That being said, maybe try some kegels. Whenever I have any EQ problems I take a few days off and do about 10-25 kegels a day until it returns. Also, having done 3 months of PE with mostly stretching you might not be conditioned enough for squeezes. They are an advanced exercise and shouldn't be done until about 3-6 months of solid PE with jelqing.
        BPEL: 6.0, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, 6.5, 6.6, 6.7, 6.8, 6.9, 7.0
        EG: 4.5, 4.6, 4.7, 4.8, 4.9, 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4, 5.5

          Sounds like a combination of a bit of overtraining, stress, and then more stress because of the EQ.

          The good thing is, it's easily remedied. Well, sort of. Just take some more rest time, and try and relax. If there was no pain, or visible injury, then the likelihood of something major being wrong is slim to none.

          The brain plays a huge role with libido, so if it's occupied by all the things that are causing you stress, it can severely affect your EQ.

          When everything returns to normal (and it will), take a couple extra days, and then return to the last routine that gave you your best PI's. You'll do just fine.

            From what I understand. Hard erections are from doing kegals. The pc muscle is a muscle, but of course. When trained hard one day the next day eq will drop. I'm actually kind of excited to see lower eq because it means I gave my pc a solid workout.

            I Do kegals every three days. 150. Hold for 3 seconds push hard. And just like everything increase every month.

              Alright well I'm just gonna rest it for now. Hopefully soon my eq comes back full force. It's not terrible, maybe like 7-8 if I kegal hard. Just want to start PEing again

                take it easy man, sometimes poor eq can either be a really bad thing like a over worked penis but alot of big gainers have said that the had really low eq before a big gain but all of them were smart and cautious about it and took a break to make sure it wasent an injury. best advice anyone will give you is be easy on it for a week or two until positive pi's come back. goodluck man

                  Update: So I haven't been PEing for almost two weeks now. Still takes a little more effort to get hard, I can get to about an 8 or so EQ level, but I still can't reach that raging status which is a bit of a let down. Guess I'll wait it out some more. Hopefully things get better soon, at least I do get night and morning wood (when I awake to it).

                    With the morning and night wood increasing, that's a good sign. Give it time. Patience is a must. You'll get there.

                      Update: It's been about a month since I stopped PE. Unfortunately my libido is still down the drain, and my EQ just isn't where it was before. Now it seems to take way more stimulation to get to a decent EQ. It's been a few days that I've stopped porn and now I've just been edging and doing kegels. I've also been eating more garlic and consuming more green tea (both are known to hep with EQ). I'm pretty concerned..I don't know what else to do.

                        Breaks, edging, kegeling, reverse kegeling, no porn are all good PE tactics. Stay away from the porn so your mind can be stimulated in other ways(re-sensitized). Try to relax and enjoy your penis, tel it positive affirmations, continue the PE you are currently doing and things will be fine. Remember you have a great deal more penis to fill with blood. It takes time to adjust to that. Also porn kind of makes things not work as well when you give it up, but in the long run you will find that your penis will respond better without the porn. Enjoy your journey.

                          Do you think some light jelqs would help out with EQ, say 50 or so (1 hand = 1 rep)? The past few days I've just been doing some really light stretches (along with kegels, reverse kegels, edging). What are breaks?

                            I think some light jelquing would help...go easy.

                            You say you got 1" in the first 3 months. Even at a slightly reduced EQ is your size still near your best or have you lost EL ?

                              Breaks are extended days off, like a week, or maybe longer. Gives time to rest and heal. Sometimes even de-condition, for a reset.

                              Some light jelqing may help. Give it a try, and see what happens.

                              It's normal to lose libido and EQ during reboot. I believe it's referred to as the "flatline". The brain has to reset, and readjust. It takes time. Have patience, and relax. Stressing will not help anything, and may actually encourage the issue.

                              Stay positive, and feel good knowing you're doing something good for yourself. This is just a dip before the rise back up. Great challenges lead to great rewards!
