I've started yesterday jelqing for 2 hours and today 2 hours also, will i gain in 1 month or 2? i need positive answers from you to keep me going

Everyone is different, PE will greatly improve your penile health and increase your EQ, in addition to size gains, but you need to be consistent, patient and persistent, please do as much research as you can, ask questions, follow safety and exercise instructions carefully and remember that PE is a long term process, don't rush it up.
And if you haven't already done so, please read the START HERE thread and focus on safety.
I recommend you first condition your penis by following a beginner's manual routine for at least 90 days or until you stop gaining - whichever comes last. Most members here start with JP90, and gain fine from it, being an intense beginner's routine, you may want to consider starting slow and gradually increase workload!
Starting a journal in the progress forum is a good idea, to track your progress and get feedback, also for motivation!
Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

Holy shit that's too much! There's no way to know for sure how soon you will gain, or if you will gain, but overdoing it like that will probably lead to an injury and prevent any gains at all.
Do a search for "beginner gains" and you'll probably find a lot of encouragement.

Also, Overtraining does not lead to gains, in fact it stalls them or worse, cause injuries.

I agree. Reducing your time/reps to a more effective level will not only increase your chance of success, but reduce your risk of injury and time spent needlessly. That's a win-win if you ask me.
Only do as much as you need to, and no more. More time does not equal faster gains. It's about quality, not quantity.
