I will be starting a new routine and be posting frequent updates.
Here is my plan
10 minutes of jelqing directly followed by 20 kegels
my jelqing plan
- 2 days of jelqing and 1 one day off
- starting with ten minutes and moving up 2 or 3 minutes every 30 days/ month
I plan on continuing this for life... well for my sexually active life span... wont be jelqing when im 65 or 70 haha,
my kegels plan
- same thing ... 2 days and 1 day off and doing it directly after jelqing
- 20 kegels holding each one for 3 seconds
- I will be increasing 5 kegels every week and adding 1 second every two weeks (so in my third week i will be doing 30 kegels for 4 seconds)
Im assuming that many of you think you have better ways of doing this and I am all for advice. i mean im not sure if i should be doing kegels while jelqing, if i should do it standing or sitting on the edge of my bed. I plan on learning for experience and incorporating everyones advice for the following months and years. I have no expectations for result and am not worried about have the perfect routine right away... but i will learn
but i do have immediate questions
i masterbate/ have sex everyday usually... should i do it before or after i jelq and how long before or after? for example do i need rest time after jelqing to masterbate/have sex or is it something I should take care a few hours before i jelq?
I also exercise everyday so same question. Can i go to the gym, come home jelq, do kegels, and then rub one out all one after the other? would it even affect results?

I am 6 inches long bone pressed and my girth is 5" directly under the head, 5.5" in middle of shaft and 6" at base
i am only measuring bone pressed length measurements right now because i am in the process of losing a large amount of weight and still have a "fupa" i dont want losing my "fupa" to affect interpretation of results

will this routine help with erection stamina? I have no problem getting an erection but i have noticed lately that i lose my erection if am not engaged in a sexual activity at the moment. for example if i am having sex and stop to take a drink of water for 30 seconds ill came back to her with a half chub. i have no problem getting the erection back... but it didnt use to be like that.
taking new pics and will be uploaded after work... ones i took last night had too big of a file size and dont feel like wasting anymore of my lunch break
anyway i cant wait for feedback
