    Perfect... But I thought that hanging & using an extender were the same thing?

    Lol, it's some kind of funny. I'm jelqing for 4 1/2 months now and I grew more girth than length. The problem is I am happy with my girth size and unhappy with my length. So I understand your problem. I grew in the beginning and now it looks like it just stopped. Maybe I am overdoing it.

    Oh, and hanging isn't the same thing as using an extender. The one is pulling your penis down (hanging). The other one is extending the penis (extender). I don't have an extender, but I heard that if you combined an extender with exercises, you will get easier results. And I don't have experiences with hanging, so I can't say something about that.

    all im doing right now is hanging cause of work/life schedule. plus i heard u can get good length gains by hanging. if i wanted to get a extender which one should i get and where can i get it. thanks.

    i've been at it for the same amount of time, and have also seen mostly minimal gains that seemed to have reached a plateau.

    vets, do you think i/we are overdoing it? i must admit that i don't have much of a routine.. i'm rather improvisational with my PE.

    Having reached my girth goal(6"bpeg), I am doing a hand stretch based routine.
    Sometimes the vets have the same problems. I am finding length gains hard to come by also. This can be a long and fustrating process, too much too little etc. It is hard to comment on which it may be ,until we know your routine.

    Girth has always come easier than length for me too. It doesn't seem to matter how I approach it.

    Ok so what is the perfect wayy to gain THAT LENNGHHTHH?? Sorry, I'm just so lost right now, I don't know what routine to do after my 90 days are over... which is in a month...

    You seem like a big length gainer.. Even though I see that it took you alot of time to reach that... What is, in your opinion, the best way to gain length?

And since I'm more of a visual person, I would greatly appreciate videos or pictures of the techniques, as I think the reason my PE routine 2 years ago did'nt work was because I was'nt doing it right.

    *edit* I also need to have hard rock erections if possible with the routine... thanks! (BTW I'm circumzised)

    I am new also to this forum.
    Never did PE yet.
    I have used streching device for 1.500 hours (one year)
    My advice to all seeking for lenght with this device is:
    - Be very patience and constant.
    - Follow the instructions.
    - Do not expect what manufacturers say abot gains. I will be less.
    - It is very uncomfortable to use but not dangerous if you use common sense.
    - I could use it becouse i work in my own bussines and dress with big pans where nobody could notice.
    - Not possible to dress normally when using it.
    - I could use it average from 6-8 h a day, two days a week rest.

    Anyway my data is:

    - Start lenght erect: 15,5 cm
    - Current lenght: 17,5 cm
    - Total gain: 2 cm
    - No girth gain at all.
    - No gains in last 500 hous although i could not follow the manufacturers instructions (imposible due to the instructions demanded to stretch my penis to death!!!)

    Just wanted to give my experience to people who could be interested in using such device.
