    here's my big question for the day.

    i've already noticed that there are "experts" in the DO sector and i hope that they can help me with my enquiry

    during my studies i read "the multiorgasmic man", "ultimate ejaculation mastery" and "Love satisfies".

    the problem is that they were really specific about the skills and techniques to acquire in orther to experience multiple orgasms but i found a lot of generalization about the multiple orgasm itself. the MO practice is described and non described at the same time, in a way that it makes it hard for me to fully understand it.

    moreover "love satisfies" underline the fact that in order to achieve a dry orgasm we should relax completely 1-4 strokes before the PONR, whereas other books and even here on the forum i usually find practices that advice to squeeze the pc muscle an instant after the PONR in order to stop the emission phase.

    most of the practices i found involved the squeezing after the PONR but i also found some gurus that reminded me that the first practice (the squeeze after the PONR) is just a technique that helps you stay in the game whenever you fail to achieve a MO (and you pass the PONR). the TRUE way to achieve a MO or DO, according to these gurus is to relax just BEFORE the PONR.

    i know that people in the forum have already had their success with the "squeeze" technique but has anyone heard about the "relaxing" technique?

    i'm really confused at this stage since i don't know which way to take. i have been trying to relax while i'm almost at the PONR without success (btw i started yesterday this new practice, so no worries).

    lastly i'd like to know if there are posts that go more in depth about the practices that lead to the MO/DO. because i read the edging exercises but i found lack of explenation about how it should then trigger a DO (for example in the post Edging 101, Kingpole mentions that after some months of practice "those stopages will become dry orgasms" but i havent't found why and how to do it)

    wow that took long. i hope that this post will help not only me but everyone who's stuck at this crucial point

    yeah i read those and they contributed to the confusion. i still find that the main current is to use kegel after the PONR. am i getting this wrong?

    A dry orgasm can be achieved with either a kegel or a reverse kegel . I think you will find that this relax stuff refers to a reverse kegel .
    Most guys find the kegel version easier .
    The kegel should be done at ponr, the timeing needs to be learnt . The pelvic floor should be trained before this is attempted .

    since i started with the rk dry orgasm attempt, i'll continue with those for now.

    oh and one last thing. this is a doubt i've had since i first read "how to make love all night" by B. Keesling:
    the k has to be done at the PONR and the timing should be perfect, but what if we started the K the very moment before the PONR? wouldn't that take the timing problem out of the equation?

    this may seem nonsense to pros. but i saw that no one talks about such a thing.

    I have the same questions and doubts.. Been doing edging and kegels for about a year now. I wonder also if i have to get over PONR to achieve a DO (it makes sense to do so). Should I hold a K after orgasm? If first spontaneous kegel brings orgasm.. the other involuntary kegels bring semen.. I tried that yesterday. and I felt an orgasm, than i tried to hold my kegel for the second spasm.. but i could only hold it for 4 seconds than I came.. I guess I must train more...

    Minutemans dry orgasm guide contains detailed kegel training specific for dry orgasm.
