Hello all,
So there has been something I have noticed. I warm up, do Jelq exercises, warm down, then stretch. I do edge while I warm up and edge when I warm down. So far, porn & imagination has been my motivation for edging/masturbation unfortunately. However, I noticed that I haven't been erected as much before. I am thinking because I might watch a little too much porn or so, but I don't know. Like I look at girls in real life all day, and I usually get erected by looking at them, I don't anymore. I mean...I am focusing on this one girl that I really like, not just for her body but everything about her, I wanna be her lover. She is always in my mind, but I don't really have lust since well..I'm not erected as often as I was before.
First off, is it safe to edge while warming up / warming down?
Second, has anyone has this issue before, not being erected as much? By the way, I exercise 10 minutes in the morning, 10 minutes at night @ Jelqing. I take weekends off. I stretch everynight except for the weekends. And I have had multiple dry orgasms, resulting from edging: a natural orgasms occurs if I edge for long enough or keep it consistent.
I always wanna have some erect, I don't ever wanna be Jelly ya know?

Too much edging may lead to over-training, and porn affects your sexuality so it too could be a reason.
When warming up, you may massage your penis, even have some plumpness, but not a full erection.
Also how are your PIs?

Maybe you are over-training or maybe it isn't the PE that is leading to less erections. PE has always led to more hornyness and erections for me.

Porn mannnn. Try not to use it for a couple of days. Don't masturbate for a bit either, you're probably just desensitized to sexual things a little bit more than normal. I actually tried it earlier this week and worked wonders. Also reverse kegels for healthy pc muscle. Too much edging is just normal kegeling, we need it to be balanced for proper blood flow.

You might be over training, how many days on'off do you do?
I heartily recommend knocking porn on the head. I managed about 6 weeks off of it earlier in the year and ended up trying not to get hard while talking to women after a couple of weeks. Limiting ejaculation to a couple of times a week (after edging) and edging without cumming also contributed to this I believe.

Like the above have said, either over training or porn.
Remove the porn. It messes with your head. Really, it does.
Don't underestimate those rest days. Your little (or not-so-little) guy needs them! He can be tired and you may not hear him.

If you're saying your erections are involuntary and no processing in your head is involved to trigger the erections (such as erotic imagery of the woman you notice), it can be over training and fatigue. If your erections are due to mental imagery and etc. then perhaps the way you look at a woman has changed, things like maturity with age as an example.

Thanks so much for all the feedback: here are my details -
This is what I do from Mondays through Fridays. In the morning, I spend 10 minutes of warming up. I use a hot wash cloth, and re-heat it. Once I am done, I start wet Jelq for 5 minutes while doing back kegels. After 5 minutes is up, I then do 5 more minutes of the wet Jelq but with reverse-front kegels. Then, after 10 minutes is up, I just do the V-Jelq with 2 minutes of back kegels, and 1 1/2 minutes of front kegels. Then, I used to warm down for 5 minutes, but now after reading another chapter of the PE gym book, it says I should use cool water, (not too cold) but cool water to cool down for 3 minutes.
I do this 15 minute routine in the morning. Then I dot his 15 minute routine at night. Now, at night; after I am done my routine, I edge first usually about for 10-15 minutes, and I am using my imagination these days instead of watching porn...still using images in my head though. I have had multiple dry orgasms from edging at times. After edging, I usually spend 15 minutes of stretching: basic and the JUA or whatever stretch.
I do this from Mondays to Fridays, take weekends off or skip some nights (like 2 or 3) because I had a very long-busy day.
I have not been watching porn for about 2 weeks now. I have been edging every night, but not trying to get full erections. Perhaps I should edge every other night? I still have morning wood. But I miss that feeling, that boner feeling when I talk to women. I mean...perhaps it is maturity too.

Oh, also, real quick! It is health to kegel while doing anything, yes? Like whole warming up, PI, cooling down, and stretching?

Another quick concern! When I Jelq, I sometimes squeeze hard, sometimes squeeze firm. I notice if I squeeze hard, and trap the blood, then use my other hand, my head of my penis expands; is this the whole point of the Jelq, to squeeze as much blood as possible to the head or?

Your glans should expand without having to squeeze hard, are you sure your grip surrounds your penis correctly?
