    so this has been my first week, i seem to be experiencing a little bit of discoloration on the top part of my shaft, i believe from improper lubrication ( been using soap, shampoo) I have been performing my exercises in the shower, after standing with the hot water to warm me up for about ten minutes, i begin to do my stretches. i stretch 5 directions, up, down, left, right, straight out, holding each while doing 25 kegels. i also do an extra side stretch where i grip overhand and bend my penis to the side using my thumb to bend it, i do both sides for 30 seconds. then i begin my jelqs, which range from 75 to 100 wet jelqs in the shower. my cool down/ warm down is next, which i switch up everyother day, using either warm water, or cold. what do you guys think?? is this an acceptable routine or am i doing anything wrong?

    Soap will dry out your skin and possibly slow down gains if your cut a little tight already.You will be better off using hair conditioner or just plain water

    ok thanks. also i forgot to mention that every other night before bed i do a short ten to fifteen minute workout, just short strectches and maybe 25dry jelqs. should i be fine?

    DON'T USE SOAP! I hate that people do this even though it says not to everywhere. It's very bad... get some cheap lube or Vaseline.
