  • HELP! 3 years with nothing but negative PI's

Experienced PE'ers, please help me. I am hopeless.

I stumbled upon PE 3 years ago, and ever since have had numerous attempts to get started. Every time I've started jelqing, I've followed threads and how-to's on here. I tried JP90. I tried conditioning. Every time I start I get positive PI's for the first day or 2, but from that point they start to become negative, and always get worse. I always end up taking months off, and trying again. All to get the same result. Shriveled, skinny, low EQ penis.

Most recently, I just started a kegel only routine. I figured this would be my safest bet, and I could at least improve my EQ through kegels. So I've been doing 60 kegels a day every other day, holding each contraction for only about a second. And from just this I am having negative PI's! Low EQ and shriveled skinny dick. What the hell am I doing wrong?

In the past I bought a jelq device, used that, negative PI city. So done with that. But prior to that it hadn't been any different manually jelqing. And even just kegeling moderately (or so I think) I can't win. All I want is to be able to reap rewards of PE, honestly I'd give anything for it. But I really am having trouble and need some help here. I've read so many articles and threads on here about beginners, conditioning, etc. Is it possible that PE is not possible for everyone? I mean I work out and am very physically fit and active, always make great gains in the gym. My dick is not disformed or anything, it works and I've never had any issues with performing. I just desperately want it to work better. I am also off porn all together and rarely masturbate.

Can some experienced PE'ers please take me under their wing and point me in the right direction? Please.... Am I kegeling too hard or something? Do I need to ease into jelqing differently? What am I doing wrong? Please help me

Jelq with a very light grip, enjoy a thorough warm up, start with 5 minutes every second day , if the work out doesn't feel right, stop it and take the day off. You need to stimulate your EQ.
It seems you need to do much less than most, well good for you this means less work!
A jelq session has been positive if you end it with a plump flaccid, has it ever happened to you?
Could you describe in more details your routine? (warm up, duration, grip, jelq duration, schedule of the work outs etc..)
If you get PI's on the first two days and then none, it means you should have taken more rest days, they are as equally important as PE itself.

      to the Gym!

      Don't miss this thread!!

Too many kegels would tire out your PC muscle, thus lower your EQ, especially if you don't balance them out with reverse kegels, and do not do more than 25 reps in one sitting, start with less and build up to 3 sets of 25 reps a day, no more.

As for jelqing, use the lightest grip that can still move blood up the shaft and to the glans, make sure you are well lubricated and your erection level is between 40% and 60%.

When stretching, do not use much force, just enough to feel tension on your shaft, grip about an inch below the glans, and make sure your hands and penis are dry to avoid slippage and get a better grip.

A 2 ON 1 OFF schedule is good for a beginner, gives you enough rest, which is vital for growth.

And if you haven't already done so, please https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...cess-here.html and focus on safety. Then pick one of the manual beginner routines to follow for at least 90 days to condition your penis, start with something light, like PESG's for instance, your goal is to gradually condition your penis for PE workouts, gains will follow.

Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

I would just do fewer reps and leave a day or two of rest in between PE'ing and see how that goes. Sounds like you fatigue very easily. That doesn't mean it won't work it just means you need more rest in between work outs. Maybe try 2 workouts one week and see if everything is fine. 3 workouts next week, etc. etc. until you find your proper amount of rest days.

thanks for the feedback guys... popol my routines have varied, I've done everything including warm up with rice sock, stretching (various stretches included here). and all sorts of jelq routines... the last jelq routine I did I was literally just doing 2 sets of 30 jelqs with what I thought was a light enough grip... I'd kegel on each rep to push blood into my penis. That was apparently too much, though, for I got the overworked penis symptom agaon after like a week or 2.

Is there such thing as too light of a grip when jelqing? And how do I determine if my grip is too light... For one of my main problems must be that I'm going too firm, but I must do it because I feel like anything lighter isn't working.

I am going to start with the reverse kegels today, just read about them this morning. They feel weird, though, like I'm pushing and tightening a muscle and not really doing a contraction of it or anything... feels like of like it can't be a good thing (maybe I am pushing too hard?)... how 'hard' should you push when kegeling/reverse kegeling?

                https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...n-updated.html

Check the link above for signs that you are jelqing effectively.

A reverse kegel is performed by relaxing your pelvic floor, and flexing your abs to apply pressure on your pelvic floor muscles and stretch them out gently, like when you push out to urinate faster. Don't strain yourself.

Also, kegeling with every jelq rep would tire out your PC muscle and reduce your EQ.

It's not only about the tightness of your grip, but also your erection level, a proper warm up before jelqing (not before stretching), and along removing the stretches I would recommend to remove the kegels (for now).
Focus on an efficient warm up (10 mn rice sock, reheat , while you reheat use an ok grip at your base to keep the warmth in), and very light jelq, with low erection level, rest one day or two and see how you feel.
Start from very low to find the right intensity (= PIs: EQ, flaccid etc..).
For now you could also have a look at yoga stretches (see the stickied threads in the pre e forum).
A log where you can write everything you try and the consequences of it would be a bonus.

I'd start hanging if I were you. Very precise and easy to control the stress placed upon the penis. You clearly have issues with jelqing, hanging is very simple and allows you to increase intensity in specific increments over time.

You have great advice from everyone.
Thinking logically I can only surmise that you haven't got the technique down right.

Sounds like you just have an extremely sensitive unit. If your PIs are negative, just try lightening the workload a little bit more. How long have you been on the kegel only routine?
                        Start (Nov. 1, 2013):
                        6 x 4.5

                        Current (Dec. 2, 2014):
                        7.5" x 4.75"
                        Short Goal:
                        7.75x5.0
                        Long Goal:
                        8x5.5

does my head need to fully expand and turn bright red/with every jelq? that's how I always used to gauge if I were pushing the blood through my penis or not...
