Frequency and Uli's
Hi, just a couple of quick questions.
I'm currently doing a 10 minute warm up, 10 circle stretches (5 each way) then 10 minutes wet jelqing on a Monday, Wednesday and a Friday. Just about to finish off my 3rd week.
My two questions are: When would it be safe for me to add in Uli's for girth at the end of my routine? Also, am I doing PE often enough? I see a lot of people doing 2 days on 1 off and even more than that. Three days a week is comfortable for me at the moment but if it will make a big difference I would do a 2 on 1 off routine.

According to info here on the forum, you should wait until you reach the 3-4 month mark. Check out the advanced section, it has the exercises listed with the the time lines when each should be added to your routine. Im at the 4-5 month mark and added the uli. Believe me, it's pretty intense compared to the beginner routine, and the risk for injury is high if you are not conditioned.

Thanks for that waylander :) It looks like I could add in flaccid bends for girth then rather than the Uli.
