hi there,
I start a month ago PEing and I think I took it too hard too quick.
first of all I don't have any negative PI's but it just a feeling...
I'm doing good warm-up and streching - 20min after that a 20-25 min jelqing and after that clamping
for 15min 2 sets and as a desert a cool-down. doing this 2 days on one day off and then 3 days on one day off.
After investigating clamping I'm going to take it out of the routine and use jelqing one day on and other day off - if you have anything to say about it please do.
I'm also finish adjusting the Phallosan so i know how to get it on and off without any air getting away and "pains" from the plastics after wearing it over an hour or two.
I did get 0.2" gain on girth and 0.1" on length but I think it's only due a better EQ - rock hard.
First time I measured my flaccid length and it is stay the same without the 0.1" improvement.
For conclusion I just wanna share and really hear for advice for those how know and experience how to do Phallosan and Jelqing routine. I want to gain on the flaccid length so it will be more like real gains and not just because of better EQ.Start 10/14 -> 6.9" X 5.3"
Current 12/14 -> 7.1" X 5.5"
Goal -> 8.5" X 6.5"
