Hey! , first , thanks in advance for reading this, im hoping to clarify my questions as fast as possible...
Well, i have some questions, and i thinks it is better if i ask it in order.
1. Can i have gains doing Stretches only? ( I'm asking this cuz if im doing wrong jelqs i know that i can have at least some gain )
2. It's hard for me to maintain 50-60% of erection level, so i try to estimulate my shlong , but i lose time doing that, and the exercise itself lose meaning..( I'm doing jelqs with 30-40% erection level i guess, it is flaccid but i see my veins growing and blood flowing through it , the "head" get red ,but i don't know if it is good enough )
3. My V Jelq is upside down, i mean, my hand form an A , not an V, i think is better that way, i can feel my "muscle" and my shlong rotate to the right cuz i have a curvature to the left , there is any problem doing in that way? i don't feel anything doing V Jelq, but "A" Jelq i feel it..
4. I have only i few PI's , and they are all neutral,i don't know if i try something new or stick with my routine ... i'm doing p90's by the way..

I never got the hang of them myself, but the focus seems good enough.

1. Yes, but only in length. If you read the instructions on how to jelq and watch the demonstration video, you will learn how jelq correctly, jelqing is good for your EQ, girth and supplements length work.
2. It is okay to stimulate your penis to maintain the desired erection level, with time, and as you exercise, your EQ will get better and you will be able to maintain an erection easier, a kegels (regular and reverse) routine also helps.
Jelqing at a lower erection level (~40%) is more geared towards length.
Seeing your glans expand is a sign that you are moving blood to it successfully, do not use a tight grip.

4. Give it more time, if you don't start to get improved erections in a few weeks, then you need to revise your technique.

Perhaps do stretching one day and jelqing the following. Also, 40%-60% erection levels are great for jelqing. I do my V's the way you described, except I use my other hand to squeeze my jelqing fingers together (UV's - see my signature if you care to read up on it). Some say that doing V's the traditional way provides exercise to their CS, but I disagree as the webbing between your fingers is not applying much if any pressure at all on it. Finally, read the sticky on helpful jelqing information at the top of this section - it discusses some aides to helping maintain a good erection level and what signs to look for that show you are jelqing effectively.
