    Hi there.

    I currently do the plateau edging routine (Edging for PremE) to improve stamina and arousal control. It's going well.

    I am unsure how to properly space out my edging sessions. Any ideas?

    Usually I go without it for 3-5 days then do it 2 days consecutively, because I'm so aroused!

    The main marker I use is my general arousal levels, which rise gradually as I go days without edging.

    Do you have any other advice?

    It depends on why you edge, also if you do other PE exercises.

    Up to three nonconsecutive times a week, right after your routine is a good choice, and keep your eyes on your PIs to avoid over-training.

    Hi MrB8!

    Well I seem to want to edge for many reasons: arousal control, to complement my PE routine, to improve EQ and longevity of erection.

    I guess the main reason is arousal control.

    Your PIs should guide you well, if you get negative PIs then back off and decrease the workload, positive PIs means you are on the right track, keep going.

    Start with two to three times a week, and if your PIs are good, maybe increase that to once every other day (if you are not following a PE routine).

    Take it slow, and focus on making the session counts.

    I've found that the sessions feel more productive when I felt ready for them, which is usually down to how aroused I am generally.

    Sometimes doing edging on consecutive days doesn't help me PIs so I'll do my best to space them out!

    Yes, spacing them out is a good idea, your penis needs time to recover too!

    Don't force it if you are not in the mood, that is one way to tell when not to edge.

    I have been edging almost everyday, but my reasoning is for premature ejaculation? Should i stick to e every other day as well? I was wondering the same thing as the op but for a different reason

    If it works for you and you are not getting negative PIs then its okay, however, I recommend against edging on rest days, those are for rest only.

    Thanks. I honestly didn't look at edging like other exercises ( stretches and jelqs) but does make sense considering your penis is being filled with blood for much longer than usual. I may try and switch to every other day for a few weeks to see if it helps or hurts with my pre ejac. Maybe lessening the amount to only 3 days a week will take some of the pressure off myself in trying to fix it. I appreciate the knowledge
