Starting off very light this time,
10-15 min warm up in shower
The normal stretches
10 jelqs (that's all can manage)
Another 10-15 min warm down..
Every other day...
Hoping to make some progress.
Half inch girth and length would be my goal..
Any tips on this routine from veteran
Pe'ers?

Just monitor your PIs (learn them by heart !) every session, start a log if you haven't (to help you figure out what works and what doesn't). Increase the number of jelqs overtime. Be patient, sounds like you are anyway.

Ye afraid I'm having to be patient.
Still slightly numb but been like this for over a year now, so just going ahead with a very light routine.. May get better over time..
Last week started up again after first session I had good flaccid hang, it's now gone back to normal after a session, which can't be a bad thing?

If I was numb I wouldn't do stretches, but see how things evolve for you, as long as it's not turtled it's ok, plump flaccid is better.

If you've got nerve damage, it is risky (all PE is).
I'm not a doctor though, you're the one to make the decision .
