Been doing a PE routine for 2 months now and have seen no gains what so ever. This is a bit of a disappointment to be honest as I'm only 5.7" and was really hoping to see gains by now. I've been following JP's 90 day routine which alot of people recomended however I was curious if theres any other routines I could try as this one unfortunatly doesn't seem to work for me personally.
Thanks

I'd say stick to the routine for at least one more month, when your unit is conditioned enough then experiment with other routines and/or methods like hanging, stretching all day, clamping, pumping, etc.

IDH, are you doing the routine as written? Don't quit now. Most start to see gains during the 3rd. month. Good Luck. (jP

Are you noticing any flaccid gains at all? Not even in size, but look and feel.
Starting Size (09/2009): ~7"BPEL x ~5" MSEG
Most Recent Measurement (08/13/2012): 8"BPEL x 5.5"MSEG
Final Goal: When I'm told to stop.
