  • is it normal?

    I have measured my penis length in the past and it has touched the 6 inch mark , only just.

    But recently i have measured it many times and its coming around 5.5-5.75''

    have i lost some length coz of bad masturbation habits? My EQ has been bad lately just so you guys know.

    is it normal?

    I am a beginner and have yet to start JP90 routine.

    Sounds like your EQ has suffered, that is responsible for your lost length,mor possibly measure,net error or most likely a combination of the two.

    Start a good light to moderate Jelq Routine, like JP90, it will greatly improve EQ. Start a good light Kegel/Reverse Kegel routine. Change your masturbatory habits.

    Only masturbate with a good strong erection. Never ever cause your self to ejaculate with anything less than a full hard erection. Never.

    If you watch Porn stop, it has terrible effects on libido, Erection Quality, and can lead to Premature Ejaculation along with a host of negative behavior and emotional side effects.

    Once you EQ is up and rocking, I bet you'll regain that lost size.

      You're fine in my opinion...I'm sure others will chime in. I've found with my unit, some days are just better than others. And for me, when I've been stressed out hours or even a day before, even if I'm 'in the mood', it's still smaller. Don't sweat it bud, just try to clear your head and I've read here that excessive masturbation can cause strange things to happen. Worrying makes it worse.

        Thanks for the reply. Should i have my starting stats as 5.5 inches or 6 inches? (btw its not bone pressed)

          Measure BP otherwise it will be near impossible to track. NBP fluctuates with weight, hydration levels, and too many other factors.

          2014-09-01: BPEL 6.8"/NBPEL 6" MEG 5.0", BPFL 5"/NBPFL 4" FG 4.4"
