I love masturbating. Is it ok to masturbate once a week, im on PE. Will masturbation effect my erection level? Is it ok if i take erection pill for intercourse?

Masturbating a few time a week, it really not an issue. It is compulsive masturbation what cause the issue with EQ levels and low libido beside may other sexual side effects in the real sack.

I have to masturbate at least every 3-4 days or my libido suffers and my PE sessions aren't as good. When I was younger going longer without an orgasm drove up my libido. So you should judge for yourself. If you notice your libido (and thereby your PE sessions) begin to suffer then have an orgasm. If you libido goes up (and thereby your PE sessions are better) then hold off.

Since doing PE and moving away from orgasm driven masturbation and towards a more edging based technique I have found that my sex drive and stamina have literally gone through the roof. I'm finding that a good session of edging is much more enjoyable and fruitful than a quick 5 minute wank
This also means that it's generally much easier to keep a nice plump flaccid during the day

As many pointed out above there is a few different options to take on this route. But in short, yes masturbation 1 time a week will be okay on your PE routine.
You could even do what a good amount of people in this community do, edge multiple times throughout the week and then release once or twice if you feel the need.
Its as the newdude pointed out, as long as it is not compulsive masturbation you should be fine and not run into a real PEing problem, but I would recommend the routine above edge 3-4 times a week release 1.
To answer your question on taking erection pills, I would wouldn't take any. Unless you are currently having a hard time getting a full erection right now then you will be 1) putting unnecessary supplements in your body, and 2) I find it more motiviating to do EQ focused exercises to watch myself get gains. So I would focus on those exercises if you are looking to get a full hard erection.

Amen to that. Edging also gets you to appreciate the feeling of the sexual sensation making orgasm really secondary. Most females don't like a fast orgasm because they also want to enjoys the sensations as well which makes for a good lover in the sack.
