Thread: Stretching for beginners

Hello everybody,
I've been trying to get started with a routine but I keep getting stuck at stretching. I don't have a whole lot to work with and it seems like my unit isn't very stretchable. I've tried warming up longer but it doesn't seem to help.
Also, I have a very small head and find it hard to get a good grip underneath it without causing soreness or pain.
Any ideas to help a rookie out?

You do not need to stretch too hard, only enough to feel tension on your shaft, if your grip slips too often, then maybe you are trying to pull too hard.
Make sure that both your penis and hands are dry, you may use a piece of cloth or tissue to aid your grip.
Close your grip about an inch below the glans, then stretch out.

Welcome to the community. I would agree you are gripping it too hard my friend, there shouldn't be pain or soreness. Create small amounts of tension and as you become comfortable and you become more conditioned then you will be able to create more tension.

i have the same problem. know that especially initially your stretching the ligaments within your body to lengthen the penis as much as the shaft itself. so having a grip mid shaft to avoid pinching the glands is ok. The drier the penis the better i find the best results after ive cooled down my penis from jelqing and then wash off the lube and dry it. Try taking a yogi approach to your stretching pull until its as tense as possible without pain then hold it there and focus on your breathing visualizing and feeling it lengthen and adapt to the tension.

The information is there, but the great thing about this community is - if people still aren't comfortable or looking for a little more in depth answer to their concerns then there is a place for them to go and get those questions answered.
We are all here to help. I'm sure back when you started you had plenty of questions as well.
