So i started my JP routine 5 days ago, only doing stretches,kegels, rotation exercises at the moment. No jelqs as i am going slow and steady.
Also i havent watched any porn or have avoided any erotic content on the web since i have decided to cut down on porn and masturbation. Its been 5 days i havent got hard or felt horny. Is it normal ?
I read about PIs and found this "
- Decreased night and morning wood
- Increased size temporarily for a few minutes while flaccid
- Numbness ( i havent got hard , can i count it as numbness?)
So i am not sure if i am getting negative PIs , what do i need to do?

It is normal to experience less night/morning wood during the initial phase of rebooting from porn. However, you can try and reduce the workload to see if this will improve.
Also, jelqing does help with EQ, only stretching may decrease it.
Regarding numbness, not getting hard does not count as numb, lack of sensation does, like sleepy hands. Do you feel like pins and needles?A real man never hurts a woman.
