So I have a feeling I overworked my little guy a few days ago, honestly, I know I did by now.
My EQ went from a 9-10 to about a 4-7. My question is this: For those of you who overworked their unit before, have you ever had the feeling of loss of libido, and whenever you try to get an erection you feel as if you're not "as" sensitive? I feel as if I overdid kegel exercises when working through my routine, but I know I didn't (I barely did any).
When I want to try and kegel, they aren't as strong as they normally would be. I guess my PC muscles have been overworked even when I don't think that happened? Or do you think it's possible I just overdid PE in general, which is causing this "loss-of-feeling" in kegels? I'm curious since I didn't do many kegels - maybe too strong of a short amount of kegels could give me this feeling?
It sucks because my fiancee is coming down next week for Thanksgiving (which I didn't know or I wouldn't have PE'd as hard), so I want to be in optimal shape for when she gets here (obviously I need to take a few days off - I've already taken two and still have this same feeling).

Yes I have had this happen from aggressive hanging and jelqing with no rest days for 3 months when I first started PE. Adding in 2 rest days per week cured the issue. I've never had this issue from kegels. But, I'm sure over working PE could impact your kegles from muscle exhaustion. Definitely take some time off from PE. Maybe apply some heat daily. Hopefully you will be back to feeling good before your lady arrives.
(Late 1999): 6" BPEL x 5.25" MSEG
(Early 2001): 7" BPEL x 5.75"MSEG (mostly Hanging/Jelqing)
Aug 16th 2015: 7.375" BPEL x 6" MSEG

Time B Little. More time. Cut off all PE, including kegels, and take a good rest.
The libido, the sensitivity, it's all part of a combination of mental worry and physical stress to your unit.
Best thing you can do is just relax, and put PE out of your mind until you are fully rested. Even then, take a couple more days, just to be sure. Warm compress if there's any soreness. It helps with blood flow and healing.
It may improve by the holiday, especially if you can clear the mind.

I have had this feeling and it does pass. I know it's easy to say this but try not to work it too hard or too often. If you are in doubt, take a break until your natural feelings come back. I find that you can have "off" days where you are just not in the mood as well so maybe it's not to do with PE. You can feel sore but I don't think you can make yourself fatigued for more than a day doing kegels and I do them to the point where I barely see any movement. Your testosterone is higher in the morning and declines through the day so maybe switch your timing to earlier in the day where you'll likely respond better.

Thanks everyone. Yeah some much needed rest is definitely going to happen. It's hard to not think about it since it's usually a snap of the fingers where I can be "turned on". Right now I feel like my libido is completely shot, it's a little nerve racking; however, I will be taking everyone's advice given. I appreciate the responses greatly.

I wish you a speedy recovery for the holidays. Don't beat yourself up about it too much, take this as a learning experience and to read your body. Soon you will be able to tell you're over working it before you even get this far.
