Hi, this is my first posting on PEGym.
I have downward curved penis - a serious curve you could say.
My size is about 5" in length and 5.5" in girth (erection), and this curve makes my penis look even shorter.
I'm eager to fix this curve and I would like to ask you which one should come first - fixing curve or gaining length.
FYI, I just began my PE exercise one week ago.

I'm no expert on the fixing of curvature but I'd say that while PE'ing, the even action of the techniques will provide improvement in both of these departments simultaneously.
Could I ask how dramatic this curve is?

Both at the same time. Whilst jeqling, apply pressure in the opposite direction of the curve.
You may want to try an OK grip with the palm facing your body as you'll be able to get better leverage for applying upwards pressure.Start (1st October 2009): 6.25" BPEL, 4.4" EG
Current (1st April 2010): 7.05" BPEL, 4.72" EG
Ultimate Goal: 7.75" BPEL, 5.50" EG
