    Well ive tried toning down the strokes, down to even 40, that really didnt make a difference for me.

    Im going to try a month long duration, slow rep jelqs to see if this helps me gain any length.

    You know of any other length tips?

    That sounds like a good idea.

    I've always thought doing stretches was good for my length. I'm really fond of the JAI stretch, despite it feeling like it isn't doing a lot.

    Ya im probably goign to keep doing random JAI stretches.

    I also will finish this month with the stretching routine, but im looking forward to the jelqing routine. I think jelqing helps my EL more than anything else.

    PE is very individual. If you credit it mostly to jelqs then I say go for it.

    Do you have a progress log? It'd be cool if you could keep us updated and see if you can get out of your rut!

    Nah i dont have aprogress log because i know i cant keep up with it.

    The plus side is that i remember everyone of my routines. Lol
