    Ive been PE'ing for almost 1 year now and ive hit a plateau lasting 4 months.. From september - december. All im looking for is LENGTH GAINS.

    Im REALLY frustrated right now..

    Ive tried EVERYTHING, i really mean EVERYTHING. This was my routine i used all the way prior to the 4 month plateau.

    10 Warmup
    Stretching for 5-10 minutes, basic and a-stretches
    40-80% Jelqing (1-2 seconds, 200-300 strokes, gradual increase)
    Warmdown 5 minutes

    The above routine gave me about .5 inches in length.

    Then i noticed that it was time to change up because i had started halting.

    5 warmup
    Stretching for 5-10 minutes, basic and a-stretches
    Flaccid-20% Jelqing (1-3 seconds, 400-600 strokes, gradual increase for 1 month)
    Warmdown 5 minutes.

    This gave me an additional .25 inches in length. Combined i have a total of .75 inches in length gained.

    This routine i changed around during the 4 month plateau by speeding up or slowing down the strokes, nothing major..

    But it started halting too. Soooo.. im forced to switch AGAIN!




    The past 2 weeks, ive decided to listen to people's advice and stretch more.

    Im doing:

    5-10 warmup
    Stretching 20 minutes (basic, tunica tugs, rotary: 4 sets)
    5 warmup
    Flaccid Jelqing 10 mintues (dont count strokes anymore, 5-6 second strokes,)
    Warmdown 5, cooldown 1


    -----------------------------------------

    So my question is.. what the heck is going on.. Ive tried EVERYTHING to get length. More stretching time, more jelqing time, more jelqing reps, different stretches....

    GODDANGIT! Im just so frustrated that im not gaining anymore. Please someone help me get a routine to gain again.

    I think it may be because im doing plump flaccid jelqs. Im not getting anything out of them it seems.

    Im relaxed during the workouts, its just during measuring days that i am mad... Please help me someone. I want to gain again.

    p.s. Ive read the TGC theory, i know the tunica is my limiting factor, but i still cant gain no matter how much is stretch

    Read about the TGC Theory. You can diagnose your problem and figure out what it is you need to do to make you gain again.

    Ok i edited it to say i did read the TGC theory.

    I know the tunica is my limiting factor and i need to stretch, but no matter how much i do, i cant gain.

    Yup, ive tried week breaks.

    They dont seem to do anything except give me an extra hour each day to do something else. Lol. They havent improved my EQ (its always 10) nor have they produced gains.

    I need other ideas lol.

    Crank up the intensity maybe?

    I'd say at a year into PE you can risk turning up the intensity.

    What did you have in mind?

    Like you said, it's clear that your limiting factor is the tunica, we just need to work out a way for you to hit it!

    Oh i KNOW i need to turn up the intensity, i jsut dont know HOW.

    Thats the big problem for me. I notice that everytime i change my jelqs i start gaining. So ive been wondering if it was good for me to start a jelqing ONLY routine.

    Warmup 10
    jelqing X amount of minutes X seconds ea stroke
    Warmdown 5 cooldown 1

    I just dont know:

    a) how much to jelq
    b) how long each stroke should be
    c) how to get my erection level to 40-60% when jelqing, ive only been able to do flaccid jelqs recently.

    Oh I see. I have to admit, I do admire your perseverance trex.

    I've always had, and still do, have slow (but steady) gains by jelqing:

    a) In the exact number of repetitions reccomended in JP's routine (I understand you have trouble with the V-jelq, you may just want to subsidise these with a different kind of jelq - perhaps a grip with the palm facing outward or something? or maybe even more regular jelqs!)
    b) I've always taken slow strokes, 5 seconds per stroke is what I aim for. Yes, I jelq for a LONG time. Focusing primarily on QUALITY.
    c) I've always jelqed at a 20-30% erection level, I find it helps with length gains anyway.

    Of course this is all my personal experience, but it works for me and it's the best I can do.

    Well as far as you know, do you think its good for me to jelq for 45 minutes or so?

    Or should i lessen it?

    Also, how do you manage to keep an erection level? I can only manage to jelq with a plump flaccid nowadays.

    Even people who have been PE'ing for more than a year can be applicable for the less is more theory.

    Try cutting down and see what happens?

    I'm not really positive on how to explain how I maintain it. I really struggled at first but now I find it a lot easier. I guess I'd have to advise practise. 30% now seems like the level my penis reaches when it knows it's being exercised but can't help getting a tad excited.
