Ive been Doing P.E For about a month and a half to a month and three weeks and my Girth gains have been consistent, however my main question has to do with are there any effective exercises geared specifically towards Length gains? I would appreciate help from anyone willing with good insight and experience. Thank you all. Cheers

What exercises are you doing now?
Directional stretches should help you with length gains. Don't overdo it, hold them for 15 seconds at the start, increase duration and reps overtime.
Monitor your PIs closely.
