    Well to begin with I am completely new to PE. I bought a hydromax x40 about ten days ago and have been happy with the results.
    Unfortunately, I hadn't researched enough to know that there was any such thing as penis exercises. Or had a clue as to what kind of gains I could expect. After following the directions that came in the hydromax's case I used the product for fifteen minutes a day every day since.

    I've gone from about 6.5" bone pressed length of 7 1/16 inches and a girth from about 6 1/16" to about 6 3/8"

    I didn't think that I wanted any more girth, but I have to admit I like how it looks.

    My question is:

    I just paid a ton of cash for the bathmate and don't want to stop using it because of that reason, but I would really like to gain length and minimize the girth gains. Is there any advise that anyone can give me to help out.

    I'd like to eventually achieve 8.5"x6 3/8"

    First of all, welcome aboard!
    Thanks for joining and thanks for posting.
    I don't recommend experimenting with devices until you have been PEing for a year or, at the very least, have completed JP's 90 Day Beginner routine.

      aye aye capt.

      Yeah like I said I had no idea that this place even existed until after I purchased the bathmate.

      Do you suggest that I hang up the pump and do that 90 day thing first then? From what I saw on youtube the bathmate looked safe and I figured I would try it. Then after internet searching I found a link here, and figured I'd join because a lot of guys on here seemed to have great success! I am not too proud to ask for help and take advice from someone with more experience than I!

        And if you haven't already done so, please READ THIS Thread, Maximize Your Success Here and focus on safety, you only have one penis, take good care of it.

        I agree with Pirate's advice, start with manual, and consider using your device after you have conditioned your penis, you will learn a lot about your penis and how it responds to training, so you can better gauge what to do later on, experience is important, and you better start slow.

        Pick one of the manual beginner routines to follow for at least 90 days to condition your penis, most members here choose JP90, start slow, and build up to the full routine over the period of a few weeks.



        Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

          Pick out a beginners routine and get started on the road to a longer dick. Pumping is generally considered a device for gaining girth. Accordingly, go light on the Bathmate if you do not want to gain girth. However, light pumping may help with improving EQ.

              Welcome to the Gym Chief!

              Glad to have you here with us. Yep, you can always hang on to the pump and use it after your conditioned enough, so it's not a lost purchase. And in the meantime, you can read up on it further to better your understanding of it's use.

              Take it easy, have patience, and think about starting a log in our Progress Forum. It's a great help to your success in PE, and really helps to keep all the changes and progress together.

                            That is kind of a hard one to answer. If safe and patient, and you take the time to learn and do the exercises properly, you can expect great EQ and better penile health from PE. As for gains, there's just too many variables to say, but if consistent and dedicated, you'll be pleased with the results.
