    Hello,

    Around the beginning of August, I began using JP's 90 day routine, after a long time of no PE. While I never used the 5 day/2 day pattern, I did pretty much stick with 2 day/1 day. Later on, I incorporated kegels and reverse kegels with my jelqs. After a week or two off, I did the routine again last night. I was a little "off", but not far away from doing the routine completely right.

    I'd like to advance the workout (and hopefully results) carefully. My first goal is EQ/effortless erections that need little to no "help" (manually or orally) to get hard, and stay hard without further physical stimulation. Next would be girth, though I wouldn't mind some more length as well, to gain another 1-1.5 inches (I'm at about 6 3/4"-7" if measured stretched flaccid - likely similar if I kegel while fully erect, though I curve upward somewhat, which makes the measurement a little difficult).

    What should be altered in my routine to meet these goals, safely and effectively?

    About three months - a bit more. A short break or two between (maybe a week?) or missing a day or two within...

    Have you made any gains, and how are your PIs?

    Let your PIs be your guide, if your gains have not stopped, then there is no need to change what you are doing.

    Hi 7SF,

    Here's some things you could try that have helped me improve EQ and ease of erection, in the order of how useful I've found them:

    Don't watch porn - makes you less sensitive to real world sexual tension
    Limit ejaculation to 2 or 3 times a week - keeps your sexual energy up.
    Edging - as above
    Regular exercise - good for blood flow
    Garlic - swallow 2 chopped cloves twice a day, good for blood flow
    Zinc - I can't remember why but it's good for the man bits!

    Any suggestions re the routine itself to carefully help meet goals, with no over exercise?
