Thread: Beginner Routine

Hi Guys,
I have been searching for a routine this week and I am looking to get back into this action. I feel uncomfortable with some of the commitments of these routines and at the moment I am unsure of beginning them. Do any of you guys know of any routines that only require 3 days exercise but have also produced results or will i just have to commit to 4/5/6 days per week?

Start with a beginner's routine, a light one if you want, like PESG's for example, follow a 2 ON 1 OFF schedule or even a 1 ON 1 OFF in the beginning, but you must put in the time and effort to see gains. It takes commitment and consistency to gain.
The Advanced "Jelq Free" Routine requires only three sessions a week, but it is not for beginners and it requires prior conditioning/experience.A real man never hurts a woman.
