Hi, you massive dicks!
For a year, I've lusted over a £14 knock off of the Jess extender, curious about the concept of extending one's penis.
I took action and purchased it a month ago, and I've worn it regularly for a week!
No, i'm not expecting any results just yet!
But I'm curious about something:
To what extent does one's nutrition effect the rate of growth.
To what extent is PE like bodybuilding in the sense that one's protein intake is important?
What additional supplements do you take and find helpful?
Thank you.

The question i'm really asking is that if I don't eat right.. will my dick fail to grow?
Dear Admin/Mods, I'm sorry for violating rules by posting the link. I just wanted people to be familiar with the product I was using (perhaps I could post the pic of it instead?)

It may not fail to grow, but as with any portion of your body it will definitely assist growth. It's also not the same as, oh say, growing your biceps as instead of having multiple types of muscle fibers you have smooth muscle, so overloading with let's say bodybuilding supplements such as creatine shouldn't have the same impact as it would on skeletal muscle. Eating healthy will assist in regulating your hormones and blood pressure which can affect erection quality, while antioxidants from fruits and tea's can assist in scrubbing the body of excess toxins that can increase cortisol levels (which can inhibit hormonal levels).
Eat a healthy diet, and start exercising as well (exercise fixed my erection quality issues on it's own, I had a 6/10 erection due to masturbating too often to porn. A hard detox from both and exercise fixed the issue in a month, and I'm seeing more positive PI's while doing PE now that I exercise).
The only other advice I have is be consistent! Stick with it for the long haul buddy.
