PT 141 quality and dosage?

There are many on-line companies selling PT 141. Is there any consensus on on a company that is selling quality, consistent quality, pt 141?

Does anyone have any experience on the effectiveness difference, of injection versus nasal inhaling, of PT 141?
If taken nasally, does it need to be reconstituted or is it snorted in powder form?

Also I am a older/bigger guy, 66 yo, 6-6, 230. Does age and physical size affect dosage?

CEM Products is about the only one I've actually gotten effects from, and nasal spray is garbage, doesn't do shit imHo, subq injection > all. I used 0.5 - 1.5mg and the main effects were delayed until the next day, but I injected at night, the next day was followed with an almost constant hard on and libido was sky high. 2mg was my sweet spot and amplified the said effects. Inject about 4-5 hours to be safe, it will last a while, usually about 4-10 hours, for me the effects lasted pretty much the whole next day after injecting at 12 midnight.

I don't recall the exact dosage. The PT 141 came as 2mg inside, I believe, a 2 ml vial to which I filled with bacteriostatic water. To the best of my recollection, I injected 40 units (.4 cc) or probably .8 mg of PT 141. For me, it took 3 to 4 hours to reach its most effectiveness - significant increase in libido but only a nice semi. However, I suffer from severe ED. The effects lasted about 6 to 8 hours.

Flushing and sort of a euphoric / warming effect? That was the first thing, flushing in the chest area and ears.
Not uncomfortable though, maybe equivalent to a lighter version of the niacin flush or just that border right between niacin dosages where it give only a very mild warming/flush sensation.
