    so ive been doing basic stretching 30 seconds each direction for the past week. I get alot of semi erections through out the day where my flaccid basically stays in a longer state. and i also get alot of spontaneous erections, all positive pis right? but the thing is my eq actually dropped in its fully erected state. why did this happen and what can i do to fix it?

    Anything else changed? More stress/anxiety lately? Too much kegels?
    How much stretches do you do? What is your PE schedule?
    Did you ever eat fennels in salad with lemon and olive oil?
    What's the color of your favourite umbrella?
    I'd say you're on a good path, with length work there may be a slight decrease in erection quality in erect state. Take one or two days off and come back to tell us about your raging boners.

    no stress, i dont do kegels because i dont know how to do a reverse kegel correctly so why risk messing up my pelvic floor balance, i basically do stretches in 6 directions for a 30 sec hold each 1 set each everyday.

    It doesn't sound like much.
    Take a day off here and there (how long since your last one?) , see if it comes back during next week.
    We're not machines, a slip in hardness and EQ may happen here and there. If it does for too long, take a bit of rest.

    maybe the fact you are now monitoring your eq has lead to less focus on the sex part and more on, am I hard enough?

    Don't be afraid to take two or three if needed , if you overtrain you will not gain anything, many gain when they rest .

    Once again, popol is providing excellent advice. Rest days are growth days. PIs must be monitored and when indicated, you need to slow down and give "it" a rest.

    I'm resting today...unplanned, but I know that this rest day is also a day I'm growing in length and girth...

    That's what is so neat about PE and doing it right. Even rest days can be moving us toward our goals!

    I agree rest days are important. I get 6 or 7 erections on my rest days to encourage blood flow. Enjoy your journey.
