Thread: Targeting the CS?

Hi all,
I am exactly one week into the JP90 Program, and I was wondering if there were any specific things I could add to target my CS. Mine is pretty underdeveloped; you can't clearly see it as a separate tube like on some people, and it isn't very pronounced from a side view. I only have to gain .375 inches in girth to hit my current girth goal, so I think it would be fairly simple to focus a little more on the CS if possible. Any help?Start Date: 11/30/14 Age 18

Try pushing your finger into the CS as you jelq.

I think there was a bit of a typo there. Maybe not. The v-jelqs I know are the ones described in the JP90, and shown in the video. Where the fingers make a V, not so much the jelqing angle.
As the JP90 describes, you can do both types, but the total amount of jelqs you are doing should be the same. That way you don't overtrain.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

In JP90 there are both the standard (okay grip) jelq and the V-jelq, if your PIs are positive then do both.
- Warm up for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Perform helicopter shakes for the count of 20 seconds.
- Hold a stretch downwards for the count of 25 kegels.
- Perform 10 clockwise circle stretches and 10 counter clockwise circle stretches.
- Perform helicopter shakes for the count of 20 seconds.
- Hold a stretch upwards for the count of 25 kegels.
- Perform 10 clockwise circle stretches and 10 counter clockwise circle stretches.
- Perform helicopter shakes for the count of 20 seconds.
- Hold a stretch straight out for the count of 25 kegels.
- Perform 10 clockwise circle stretches and 10 counter clockwise circle stretches.
- Perform helicopter shakes for the count of 20 seconds.
- Hold a stretch to the left for the count of 25 kegels.
- Perform 10 clockwise circle stretches and 10 counter clockwise circle stretches.
- Perform helicopter shakes for the count of 20 seconds.
- Hold a stretch to the right for the count of 25 kegels.
- Perform 10 clockwise circle stretches and 10 counter clockwise circle stretches.
- 50 Jelqs.
- 30 V-Jelqs.
- 50 Jelqs.
- 30 V-Jelqs.
- 50 Jelqs.
- 30 V-Jelqs.

I thought v-jelqs actually target the CCs since they focus on the sides. To hit primarily the CS I would recommend rbi99's ultimate jelq: https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-e...e-jelq-uj.html

For after 90 days...
When I uli I lightly jelq the CS. Ive been doing this for 2 months and seen great results.BPEL +.9" x EG +.4"

Hi guys, it's been a week and I already see some improvement in my CS. I'm starting to be able to see the outline of it more from a side view, and when jelqing it feels a lot bigger.
