Hi fellow PE brothers, About a week ago I posted a thread cos I was getting worried that I wasn't progressing as fast as I'd of liked. I then got many helpful responses about my routine/motivation/patience/outlook on PE which I plan to put to good use.
At the time I was experiencing bad PI's due to over training (I'm assuming) so I took a break of maybe a week and a half.
I had all the signs:
- Pain in the penis
- Decreased night and morning wood
- Decreased hardness of erections
- Numbness
- Loss of size ( persisting more than a day)
- Even kegeling was causing pain
But as soon I regained the ability to have painless erections I was girthier, much harder and now I seem to be growing an upward curve (wooooo!).
I don't understand how I had such bad indicators but have made my best gains so far.
Once again i'm very baffled loooool any clues brothers to whats going on? God Bless.

After you rest it, your EQ began to recover with your penis.
Also note that growth happens while resting.
What you should be doing with your PE routine is to encourage growth and then give it time to happen, beating it up will only cause injuries.Last edited by MrB8; 12-07-2014 at 06:26 PM. Reason: spelling

I agree. I think that's the effect from what you did before you went into over training. It didn't show because of the negative PI's, but after resting, they caught up.
Those good signs are what you should look to encourage going forward. If those are common, then I'd say you are in a good training zone.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

No, not the same routine, do a lighter routine, one with which you do not get negative PIs.
The positive PIs zone is the growth zone, its where your gains are at!A real man never hurts a woman. I think it would be a good idea to tone it down a bit as MrB8 suggests!
Think about it like incorrect weight training, you may be okay and gain some size and strength before injuring yourself and putting yourself out of action for a long time if not permanently, except with your penis. It's much better to perform exercises correctly and listen to your body than overdo it, you can't force growth to occur faster than it does naturally.
If you get any kind of pain, numbness or loss of size in future, back off immediately!"Those who know others have knowledge,
those who know themselves have insight.
Those who master others have force,
those who master themselves have strength". - Lao Tzu

I've been at PE for 4 1/2 months now and I have gained .4 in BPEL and about .2 in NBPEL, but here is he catch! For the first 2 months I didn't gain anything. Why? Because I overtrained, I tried to walk before learning how to crawl! I then switched to a light routine and within 2 months had seen excellent growth
LESS IS MORE!
It may be hard to believe now... I have been in your shoes. But TRUST me it works better.
